All orders are made to order and fulfilled through print-on-demand production.

Orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary by location and carrier, but typically take 3–7 business days after production.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Kaya Collective is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
