Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

All products are made to order. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

Return Shipping:

Defective or damaged items: Seller covers return shipping

All other approved returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 7 days with clear photos if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Custom, personalized, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
